SOUTHERN REGIONAL TAX CONFERENCE (SRTC)  SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUND POLICYAll changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing. Changes and Substitutions to registration are permitted and must be made 14 days prior to the event or workshop without penalty. Email notice to: register@taxclassroom.com including contact number for verification purposes.
Cancellation and refund deadline for attendee registration, guest, event, or workshop fees:

Up Until 30 Days Prior to the Event Date- Full refund less 15% or $45, whichever is greater.

30 Days Prior to the Event Date- No refund and any unpaid fees will be billed to registrant or registrant’s institution.

Cancellation of confirmed registrants must be in writing and received by AmData Corporation at least thirty (days) prior to the first day of the event. Approved cancellations will incur a Minimum processing fee of 15% or $45.00, whichever is greater.
NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER EVENT OR WORSHOP BEGINS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If, in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors and extraordinary circumstance that occurs, the board my consider a waiver of the 15% or $45 cancellation penalty on a case-by case basis. If an attendee feels that he/she has experienced an extraordinary circumstance, he/she should email the CEO/President with as much information as possible. Once a decision is reached, the registrant will be notified immediately.
AmData Corporation/TaxClassRoom reserves the right to cancel any training, workshop or event if minimum attendance requirements are not fulfilled.
